When we formed the band, it turned out to be a bonus that no other band seemed to be doing what we do. Oh sure, there are plenty of bands doing 60's music; Beatles or other tributes to specific artists of the 60's, but you would be hard pressed to find a band that focuses on the whole British Invasion scene of the 1960's. We know because we looked. As the band began performing the most notable comment we received was, "I knew every song that you played but i have never heard them live before". This confirmed a job well done for us. We have felt that this is an era of music largely ignored by most of today's tribute bands. At the end of the day what you have with Ready Steady GO! is a band that whether at rehearshal, a nightclub or performing at a corporate event we are still a bunch of guys who love what we are doing.
